Dinner Tonight.
I tend to base my meals off of what my butcher has in store that day. Today was ground turkey! Ideas were being tossed around; turkey meatballs, casserole or, chilli. Using none of the above we went with burgers!
I adapted the recipe from dear Martha as can been seen here.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
A cheese of your choice. We used goat! And probably put in more than normal people...

Stop getting food in my hair when I eat… it’s getting to a point where it needs to be addressed. It’s like I’ve never learned how to eat like a proper human. Jeeze.
Finally... A Whistler Weekend!
Usually I’m up in Whistler waiting in line by 630-700 on opening weekend. This year a trip was finally made up there, it was just over 2 months later than usual but hey, better late than never right!?
